- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
- Add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers; stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return beef to the pan, pour in the sauce mixture, and stir well to coat everything evenly.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust soy sauce to taste for saltiness.
- You can substitute beef with chicken or tofu for variety.
