Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in the cooked shredded chicken, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through and well mixed. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a portion of the garlic chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from one end to the other, creating a wrap. For extra crispness, brush the outside with a little olive oil.
- Place the wraps on a preheated skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese has melted. Alternatively, use an air fryer at 375°F for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
