- 3 packs of ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons honey or brown sugar
- Chopped scallions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic, bell peppers, and carrots; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey or sugar.
- Pour sauce into the skillet, toss to coat all ingredients evenly, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles, toss everything together, and heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped scallions and sesame seeds.

- Feel free to add other vegetables like snap peas or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Use pre-cooked chicken for an even quicker meal.
