A speedy and delicious chicken ramen stir fry that combines tender chicken pieces, crunchy vegetables, and flavorful noodles all cooked in one pan.

  • 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Sesame seeds and chopped herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in garlic, bell pepper, and broccoli, cook for another 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, toss to combine and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
