- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds and chopped herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in garlic, bell pepper, and broccoli, cook for another 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, toss to combine and cook for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like snap peas or carrots.
- For extra flavor, sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes or drizzle with sriracha.
