- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (dinner ideas)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Mexican blend)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, salsa
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and ensure chicken and bacon are cooked and ready.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with ranch dressing and crumbled bacon. Mix until evenly coated.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about 1/4 of the chicken mixture on half of the tortilla, then sprinkle with shredded cheese. Fold the tortilla over to seal.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the assembled quesadilla in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining quesadillas.

- Use freshly shredded cheese for better meltability.
- For added flavor, sprinkle chili flakes or cumin into the filling.
