- 1 pound cheese tortellini

Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, cook until sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked tortellini to the sauce, toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately topped with fresh basil and extra Parmesan if desired.
