Instructions
- Add chicken, corn, onion, garlic, chicken broth, and spices to the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream or milk and butter; cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

- For extra flavor, add diced potatoes or bacon bits.
- You can also blend a portion of the chowder for a thicker consistency.
