- 16 oz (450g) potato gnocchi
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in gnocchi and cook until they start to brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cook until the gnocchi are tender and the sauce slightly thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and butter until melted and coated evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
