Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the sliced onions and peppers until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add the sliced steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, add cooked pasta, and mix well.
- Stir in shredded provolone cheese and grated Parmesan until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
