- 1 lb (450 g) boneless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 large carrot, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar in a small bowl, then pour over the chicken in the pan.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots; stir fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.

- Adjust the sweetness by increasing or reducing honey according to taste.
