Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the steak slices until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Layer the sliced potatoes in the slow cooker, then add the seared steak on top.
- Pour beef broth over the layers and sprinkle with minced garlic.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until potatoes are tender and steak is cooked through.
- In the last 30 minutes, sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly over the casserole and cover until melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
