Instructions
- Place sliced beef into the slow cooker.
- Add sliced peppers, onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, beef broth, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Optional: Mix cornstarch with water and stir into the slow cooker to thicken the sauce. Cook an additional 15 minutes until thickened.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
