- 1 pre-made pizza dough or flatbread
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the cooked chicken evenly over the flatbread.
- Mix the chicken with buffalo sauce and spread over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese and blue cheese (if using) on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, garnish with chopped green onions, and drizzle with ranch dressing before serving.
