Instructions
- In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Warm the slider buns slightly for softness.
- Spoon buffalo chicken onto the bottom half of each bun.
- Top with blue cheese crumbles, chopped celery, and a drizzle of dressing.
- Cover with the top bun and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of lemon juice or hot sauce to the buffalo sauce. For a milder version, reduce buffalo sauce quantity.
