Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken slices with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken to skillet, cook until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and red bell pepper until fragrant and tender, about 3 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese, paprika, and stir until sauce thickens, about 3–5 minutes.
  6. Add cooked pasta and chicken into the sauce. Toss to combine and heat through for 2–3 minutes.
