- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken slices with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to skillet, cook until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic and red bell pepper until fragrant and tender, about 3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese, paprika, and stir until sauce thickens, about 3–5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken into the sauce. Toss to combine and heat through for 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- You can substitute heavy cream with coconut cream for a dairy-free option.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to increase or decrease spice levels.
- Serve with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
