Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cubed chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in red pepper flakes and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and butter, then add tortellini. Cook until tortellini is tender and sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
