- 1/4 cup unsalted butter

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add honey to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Sear chicken in the butter mixture until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and brush generously with honey butter sauce.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
- You can substitute chicken thighs for breasts.
