- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, minced garlic, ginger, pepper, and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into 12-15 small meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- In a small saucepan, heat honey and soy sauce over low heat until slightly thickened.
- Brush the baked meatballs with the honey garlic glaze and serve garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
- You can also simmer the meatballs in the honey garlic sauce for extra flavor.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or over cauliflower rice for a complete low-carb meal.
