Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, minced garlic, ginger, pepper, and mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into 12-15 small meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
