- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, soy sauce, hoisin, sriracha, ginger, garlic, green onions, sesame oil, honey, and rice vinegar.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.
- While baking, prepare the glaze by mixing honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a small saucepan. Warm gently until combined.
- Brush the meatballs with the glaze during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with remaining glaze, and garnish with sesame seeds and additional green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the sriracha to control spiciness.
- Serve with steamed rice or Asian noodles for a complete meal.
