Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, soy sauce, hoisin, sriracha, ginger, garlic, green onions, sesame oil, honey, and rice vinegar.
  3. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.
  5. While baking, prepare the glaze by mixing honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a small saucepan. Warm gently until combined.
  6. Brush the meatballs with the glaze during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  7. Remove from oven, drizzle with remaining glaze, and garnish with sesame seeds and additional green onions before serving.
