- 1/4 cup hot honey (honey infused with red pepper flakes)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or grain of choice
- Fresh herbs (cilantro or scallions) for garnish
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Arrange chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine hot honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to blend flavors.
- Remove chicken from oven and toss in the hot honey sauce until well coated.
- Serve over cooked rice, garnish with herbs, and add lime wedges on the side.

- For extra crispy chicken, fry instead of baking.
- Adjust spice levels by modifying chili flakes.
