- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and sear until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Brush generously with hot honey and top with crumbled feta cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving. Serve with steamed vegetables or a fresh side salad.

- You can substitute goat cheese for feta for a different tangy flavor.
