- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup blueberry jam (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9×13 inch baking dish to form crust. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- Top with blueberries and, if using, spoon blueberry jam over the berries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh blueberries for best flavor. You can substitute with frozen berries, thawed and drained.
- For extra sweetness, sprinkle with additional powdered sugar before serving.
