  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberry jam (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9×13 inch baking dish to form crust. Bake for 10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  4. Top with blueberries and, if using, spoon blueberry jam over the berries.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh blueberries for best flavor. You can substitute with frozen berries, thawed and drained.
  • For extra sweetness, sprinkle with additional powdered sugar before serving.
