- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Chopped scallions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Mix chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour sauce over cooked chicken and toss to coat evenly, simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness and spice level by adding more or less chili sauce or honey.
- Best served with steamed rice or stir-fried vegetables.
