Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar in a bowl, then pour over chicken.
- Add pineapple chunks on top.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is tender and flavors meld.
- Optional: Mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the sauce in the last 15 minutes to thicken.
- Serve garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
