- 1 pound cooked sausage (ground or sausage links, crumbled)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips for dipping.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked ground beef or turkey for sausage.
- For added heat, include diced jalapenos or hot sauce.
