Instructions
- Cook the chicken breasts until fully cooked, then shred into strips.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, ginger, and garlic to create the sauce.
- Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Spread some peanut sauce on each tortilla, then layer with shredded chicken, vegetables, and cilantro.
- Roll up tightly to form wraps and garnish with chopped peanuts.
- Serve immediately with extra peanut sauce if desired.
