  • Total Time: 33 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • Optional: crushed graham crackers or additional chocolate for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until evenly coated. Press into the bottom of a lined 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes to set.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in 30-second bursts, stirring after each until smooth. Fold in mini marshmallows.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the baked crust and spread evenly. Immediately sprinkle additional mini marshmallows or crushed graham crackers on top.
  4. Return to the oven for 10 minutes or until marshmallows are golden and gooey. Remove and let cool completely in the pan. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before slicing into squares and serving.

Notes

  • For variations, try adding chopped nuts or white chocolate chips.
  • For a firmer consistency, chill the bars thoroughly before cutting.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
