Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar until well combined.
- Dip the bread pieces into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a little butter.
- Cook the coated bread bites in batches until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from pan and place on a serving plate.
- Drizzle with cream cheese icing or sprinkle with powdered sugar. Garnish with fresh berries and mint.
