Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter. Mix in sugar until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, stirring well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and flour. Gradually add to wet ingredients.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool completely before drizzling with chocolate glaze and sprinkling sea salt.
