- 1 lb cooked chicken or beef, shredded
- 2 cups cooked rice or pasta
- 1 cup mixed vegetables, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 2 cups broth or sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Sauté diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add cooked meat and vegetables, cook until heated through.
- Pour in broth or sauce, bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked rice or pasta, stir to combine.
- Top with shredded cheese if desired, cover until melted.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
