A rich, creamy white garlic sauce perfect for drizzling on pizza. Made with fresh garlic, butter, and cheese, it adds flavor and texture to any homemade pizza.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
  7. Spread over pizza dough before baking or serve as a dip.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, cook longer to reduce, or add more Parmesan for extra flavor. Adjust garlic based on your preference for more or less garlicky taste.
