Instructions

- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt a bit of butter.
- Dip each bread slice into the pumpkin mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
- Cook on the skillet for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm topped with whipped cream, syrup, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Notes
- Use thick-cut bread like brioche or challah for best results.
