Instructions

  1. Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure each piece is evenly coated for authentic flavor.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth, scraping the browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Add heavy cream, thyme, and oregano. Stir well and simmer until the sauce slightly thickens.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over it. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes to meld flavors. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
