- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

- For Streusel:
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, cold
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a separate large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in orange juice, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
- For streusel, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter, mixing until crumbly.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and sprinkle streusel evenly on top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Mix orange glaze with powdered sugar and drizzle over cooled bread before serving.
