- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Form into evenly sized meatballs.
- Place meatballs in a slow cooker.
- Whisk together beef broth, sliced onion, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic; pour over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until meatballs are cooked through and gravy is thickened.
- Serve hot with mashed potatoes or vegetables.

- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of red wine to the gravy.
