- 4 large potatoes, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Sear the meat slices until browned, then set aside.
- Add garlic and potatoes to the skillet, cook until golden.
- Return meat to the skillet, pour in heavy cream, season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes until potatoes are tender and sauce thickens.
Notes
Use thinly sliced meat for quicker cooking. Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for variety. Serve hot garnished with fresh herbs.
