- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through.
Notes
- You can add a pinch of cayenne pepper for extra spice.
