- 1 pound cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 1 package (9 ounces) cheese tortellini
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Add shredded chicken, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
- Add tortellini and heavy cream to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes on low until tortellini is tender and the sauce is creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
