Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Transfer mixture into a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
