Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer to slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, Parmesan, heavy cream, and more Italian seasoning.
- Pour sauce over pork chops in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6 hours until tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
