These keto Philly cheesesteak rolls are the perfect low-carb snack or meal, packed with tender beef, melted cheese, and crispy bread-like exterior.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) thinly sliced beef steak
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: hot sauce or herbs for garnish

Instructions
