- 1 lb (450g) thinly sliced beef steak
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: hot sauce or herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions and peppers until tender. Add beef, season with salt and pepper, cook until browned.
- Stir in cream cheese and half of the shredded mozzarella until melted and combined.
- Divide the beef mixture evenly onto large lettuce or keto-friendly wraps or flatten bread slices.
- Roll up tightly and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot, garnished with herbs or hot sauce.
